About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled WhatsApp Automation Developer to join PT MANGO MEDIA INDONESIA' on a contract basis. As a WhatsApp Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated WhatsApp solutions to enhance the company's communication and customer engagement capabilities. The role is located in Kabupaten Tangerang Banten and offers the flexibility of contract-based work.
What you'll be doing
- Design and develop automated WhatsApp solutions using and other relevant technologies
- Implement features and functionalities to automate various WhatsApp-based processes, such as customer support, marketing campaigns, and information sharing
- Integrate the WhatsApp automation solutions with the company's existing systems and platforms
- Troubleshoot and maintain the WhatsApp automation tools, ensuring they are functioning efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WhatsApp automation and integration

- Proven experience in developing and implementing WhatsApp automation solutions using
- Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API and its integration capabilities
