Have Knowledge & Supervise of:
Read Blueprint to determine Construction Requirement or procedures.
Estimate Material or Worker Requirements.
Activities of construction.
Monitoring of subcontractors to ensure complience with the Spesification and procedures.
Implementation of project policies and procedures.
Ensure All safety codes, requirements anda standarts are being complied within assigned area of responsibility.
Prepares / Reviews reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress and job manpower forecasts.
