We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Tech Recruiter to help us attract, evaluate, and hire the best IT talents.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle — from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates, to coordinating interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for technical positions.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and technical panels.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Manage job postings and employer branding across recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified technical professionals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT or tech industry.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology (developers, engineers, IT support, etc.).
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, or ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
