We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Tech Recruiter to help us attract, evaluate, and hire the best IT talents.
You will manage the full recruitment cycle — from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates, to coordinating interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for technical positions.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and technical panels.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Manage job postings and employer branding across recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified technical professionals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology (developers, engineers, IT support, etc.).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, or ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
