Job Description
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job specifications and required skills.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Assist in preparing interview questions and candidate profiles..
- Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and the company's website.
- Participate in candidate interviews (if applicable), and take notes for follow-up discussions.
- Help maintain an up-to-date candidate database, track candidate progress, and assist with other HR-related administrative tasks.
- Conduct market research on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program (HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field)
- Familiar with ATS, LinkedIn and other job boards is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English
