We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. As a recruitment intern, you will support our recruitment efforts by assisting with various tasks related to sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Job Description

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job specifications and required skills.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Assist in preparing interview questions and candidate profiles..
  • Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and the company's website.
  • Participate in candidate interviews (if applicable), and take notes for follow-up discussions.
  • Help maintain an up-to-date candidate database, track candidate progress, and assist with other HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Conduct market research on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program (HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field)
  • Familiar with ATS, LinkedIn and other job boards is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English
