Job Desc:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

  • Create engaging, educational, and visually appealing content about herbal medicine and health awareness.

  • Edit short-form videos and simple visual content using Canva and CapCut.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance metrics and insights.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, and audience behavior.

  • Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

  • Support online campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field

  • Maximum 28 years old

  • 1-2 years of experience, Fresh graduates are welcome

  • Creative, trend-savvy, and passionate about social media and digital storytelling.

  • Able to basic editing videos and design using Canva and CapCut.

  • Basic understanding of health, medical, or herbal topics is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).

  • Familiar with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with both internal and external parties

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently or in a team.
