Job Desc:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Create engaging, educational, and visually appealing content about herbal medicine and health awareness.
Edit short-form videos and simple visual content using Canva and CapCut.
Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance metrics and insights.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, and audience behavior.
Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Support online campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
Maximum 28 years old
1-2 years of experience, Fresh graduates are welcome
Creative, trend-savvy, and passionate about social media and digital storytelling.
Able to basic editing videos and design using Canva and CapCut.
Basic understanding of health, medical, or herbal topics is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
Familiar with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with both internal and external parties
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently or in a team.
