Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities:

-Develop, maintain, and optimize web and mobile applications using and Flutter.

-Build scalable APIs, system integrations, and backend services to support company operations.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and hardware engineering to implement new features and system enhancements.

-Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.

-Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are consistently met.

-Participate in system architecture planning and contribute to technical decision-making.

-Continuously improve application performance and user experience.

-Provide technical support and rapid fixes when required to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, with strong hands-on skills in and Flutter.

-Solid understanding of REST APIs, database structures, and backend architecture.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within the EV / mobility / tech industry (preferred but not mandatory).

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

-Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a plus

-Able to join immediately (ASAP).

-Willing to work on-site (WFO) at Haji Nawi, South Jakarta.

-Available to work Monday to Saturday (Saturday is half-day).
