Responsibilities
Manage procurement requests, place orders, and follow up on the purchasing progress of equipment spare parts.
Receive and inspect incoming equipment and spare parts; verify quantities, perform quality checks, and ensure proper warehousing registration.
Conduct regular inventory checks of equipment and spare parts; reconcile physical stock with system records to ensure accuracy.
Maintain the spare parts ledger and support customs-related asset verification processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above; major in automation or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin for daily communication and work purposes.
