Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement requests, place orders, and follow up on the purchasing progress of equipment spare parts.

  • Receive and inspect incoming equipment and spare parts; verify quantities, perform quality checks, and ensure proper warehousing registration.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks of equipment and spare parts; reconcile physical stock with system records to ensure accuracy.

  • Maintain the spare parts ledger and support customs-related asset verification processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; major in automation or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse or inventory management.

  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin for daily communication and work purposes.
