Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations across assigned outlets to ensure efficiency, service quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets through effective planning and execution.
- Monitor outlet performance (sales, PnL, EBITDA Area cost control, waste, customer satisfaction) and provide regular reports to management.
- Implement marketing, promotional, and campaign programs at the outlet level to drive traffic and sales.
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and staff development to ensure optimal productivity.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and teams to meet performance expectations.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated issues to maintain service excellence.
- Collaborate with head office (operations, marketing, HR, supply chain) for effective area management.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/F&B operations, with at least 2 years in multi-store management in a leadership role.
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving operational improvements.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching and motivating teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and P&L accountability.
- Willing to travel frequently across assigned outlets and work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
