Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years as a DevOps Engineer
Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience as a DevOps Engineer
Have experience in Fintech / e-Wallet / Payment Systems is a plus
Strong hands‑on experience with Unix/Linux systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, or Alibaba Cloud Linux)
Proven experience managing Cloud Infrastructure (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, or GCP)
Strong understanding of Kubernetes (ACK preferred) and Dockerized workloads
Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Helm, Terraform) for automation and version control
Experience with Monitoring and Observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
Strong understanding of Networking (Nginx, Load Balancer, DNS, VPN, IPsec)
Knowledge of Cloud Security best practices (IAM, SSL/TLS, Hardening, Secrets Management)
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills

Job Description

Manage and maintain multi‑environment (Development, Staging, Sandbox & Production) including deployment, configuration, fixing and patching
Creating and developing new internal tools to extend observability and automation process
Continuously optimize cloud resources to reduce infrastructure costs
Implement and audit security policies, including IAM, IPsec, Firewall configurations, SSL/TLS, and Secrets Management (e.g., Infisical)
Conduct regular infrastructure audits and capacity planning to anticipate scaling needs
Coordinate with IT Support team for system and service level monitoring
Document and visualize infrastructure architecture for internal use and audit purposes
Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
Able to improve for existing CI/CD pipeline with minimum supervision
Working with software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
