We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Headhunter to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who excels at identifying and attracting top talent and is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for our diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and screen top-tier candidates. Consistently upload a steady flow of qualified resumes to our recruitment system to maintain a strong pipeline.
- Manage the entire hiring process from initial job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with both our clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and successful hiring experience for all parties.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Headhunter, and Recruiter, or in a similar recruitment role.
- Access to a broad and effective network of recruitment channels.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- A stable home office setup with a reliable computer and a consistent internet connection.
- The ability to adapt to flexible working arrangements and meet deadlines consistently.
